Ide Hill Pre-School benefits from really wonderful, enthusiastic, professional staff (this is being written by a parent). The staff are supported by a committee which includes parents, and has some responsibility for the policies and management of the school. The school also depends on the continuing enthusiasm and participation of all parents, especially for fund-raising and for providing extra help for regular outings and wellie walks.
